Could you show me an example what's missing there?

You see, when you're doing it on a lf2 sprite you won't need details, but when doing a face picture you need to add details that where'nt actually visible in the sprite (something I learned from you guys).
also, when doing a mod about aliens that contain armors and spaceships you may need to google some pictures of spaceships and aliens rather than just draw from imagination, it can help you not only in making look more original but also you can find some more awesome things to add to your mod.

You're doing a great mod, keep doing.

@Hate, your lines aren't clean/straight enough.. I only prefer red version more than Gad's because face picture looks sideways and idea with that (the longest)line through the middle makes it feel right. It makes it feels like he looks sideways. Original one misses it.
Other than that i can't really tell whether changes are good or not because, as i mentioned already, lines aren't clean enough, too shaky. Considering Gad is running out of time i don't see it as something he should be focused right now. He can play around with it later.
Also remember it's his mod only, he probably won't take anyone's help regarding creativity. You are to intrusive atm.

These AIs are really impresive, very challenging and fun to play with.
Are you planning on remaking all of the original heroes? I'd be perfectly fine with releasing it as just stage modification.
