well, i guess this is a very close battle, thats why i suggested it, and i really dont know what is the outcome gonna be,

because i dont like luffy
but honestly they are both same... those to animes are very evry similar to each other....

Well let's see, I don't watch much one piece or fairy tail so from what I know
Luffy: lightning fast, wild kickboxing, he can strike multiple times immediately
Gomu Gomu no Jeetttt Pissttooolllll
gained the power of HAKI!!
which he can now predict enemy's thoughts and movements, (one piece byakugan?)
Natsu: uses more destructive fire elements like super ultimate fire dragon, thunder dragon and god and his fire is more powerful
Flame Sorcery
has gained some magic temporarily like god's flame and luxus's lightning.
So through hazardous fire, Natsu wins I guess.

i guess that it would be a tie, natsu can hit luffy and luffy could hit natsu non-stop, they both never give up,
i go on a tie, so i cant choose :P

EDIT: wait!!! if we inclode his dragon force mod, than he will probably win, but to get to that power he needs the golden flames, or eating a lacrima...

but if you ask me, its totally a tie...
