Yeah, that move was inspired by the Meteor Combination
I will take a look at it. There was a problem with the beam hitting the opponent.. but I don't remember what it was. Will check it out.
Also fixed some w-points and made the combo [run attack + flip + ball] possible again.
IT is instant transmission x] Had to rip a sound from the net, and since I love dbz... Will edit the post when I'm done.
When either MH or BP feels like updating the download section on the mainsite, then we might open a suggestion thread for people to nominate recent creations.
D>A (ball) is unchanged
D>J (power slide) I changed his speed during the slide. Also, tap D (D+D+D+D+D...) to wait a little longer while being able to move on the z-axis a little*
D^A / D^A+A (Multi kick) is unchanged, but press DvA before the 2nd kick to transition into DvA
DvA (combo) has been changed: he stays closer to ground level, the first two kicks have a lower "fall" (data), which changes his combos. Beside this, DvA+DvA is a combo where Nino shoots a ball to the ground directly after the flip kick in DvA, which ONLY works when you actually hit the opponent (else he doesn't have enough "flight"/negative dvy
DvA from jumping (ball, vertical) is mostly unchanged
D^J (air combo) is unchanged
D^J from catching (throw down) minor changes
DvJ (ground kick) is a little bit faster now, but does less damage
DJA / DJA+A or A when defending (counter)
This might be the last update, and it might not be. Idk. Where I put the * in the text above, I want to change things even while I'm writing this post.
EDIT: I got some good feedback from STM on discord, and I'll probably do another update in order to have less moves with the same purpose.

I have decided to split Nino into two characters, and I might make an actual Nino remake in the future still (most likely with Arcane's sprites in that case). It's not Nino, it's Neno and Nano! Still soon to be released (early 2026): https://lf-empire.de/forum/showthread.ph...#pid210248

Would anyone like to try the character and give feedback? A few questions I have:
1. He is supposed to blend in well with the original characters. How well does he?
2. His moves have a low vrest value, generally speaking. Do you think that is acceptable when comparing him to the other "hero" characters?
3. Because his D^A/super punch has a crazy range for a 0MP attack, I gave it mp: 25 on D^A (but when performed as super punch, it is 0). Would you say that's okay? (also with regards to question #1)
4. Same for his dash attack, mp: 50 - is that okay? And the (now nerfed) damage output? (also with regard to question #1).
In ~2 months time, I'll release a finalized version of the data and the AI will probably be not-great, but will have to do. I'm considering splitting the remake in 2 versions with (very roughly) recolered sprites, as alternatives.
1. original; 2. hair recolor; 3. full recolor.
I'll release at least one of the potentially two versions as "Neno" - as a gesture towards another LF2 player (Jota, he'll understand).
And the other one Ninho, Nano, not sure If I go for two versions, one would be upper & lower body and won't use (many) flying moves (has ground kick attack + slide attack), the other would be lower body and using aerial attacks (has flip kick + strafe)...
