The shadow in the face got a little too dark, it looks unrealistic, in my eyes.
And, just to make him differ a little from Sorcerer, you should add some details to the face, whether it is some eyes glowing similar to Julian's or a mouth... anything works

just a suggestion, would it look a tad better if you made the hood the same colour as the cape? or at least changed some colour shades with the uniform? it still looks like freeze.

1)As staff(others suggested)
2)And some magical aura making him that looks cool.[jst like blue color for ice and red color for fire chars]
3)Still nice and summat blurred.
