Looking at the screenies, I'd say that it is slightly overpowered (esp. the Henry attack) but yea, just in case you want to download the latest version (v1.27), go >here<

edit: alright, checked the video on global. It IS overpowered.

no, there is a link in the info box to the place to download it
its an ok mod originally, but it gets annoying because the moves are put in through a basic input, meaning you press DA or something and you do a powerful move
thats not fun...
what i dont get is this
