i think what you should improve is you hair making style, it kind of went bad in the hunter one
the dennis one is awesome, and quite well sprited, just need to make more hair, or make it a bit bigger
love the cyborg (though it could use some more defined shading...(darker bits))
and the monk looks awesome...tribal monk!
and the bandit based guy is actually not that bad! (though it looks like he doesnt have a nose XD)
i want to see if you can sprite without a base, instead, do it from scratch and use a guide!

i like the louis-like char, he looks like a robot/cyborg
i notice that 2 of your sprites look like TheNave's sprite in the demon sprite thread aswell (your ones though need to look like they cant support the weight of the arm)
not bad at all though!!

but dont save them as JPEG's i ruins the quality dramatically
if they werent jpegs before, use imageshack, which converts them to PNG's so they dont lose quality (as already said^^)

though, i have some suggestions:
- the colours are a bit bright, and a that is unrealsitic, make them just a bit darker or a different shade
- your chars, though good, are pretty plain, and there is nothing much that makes them standout as unique. try give them something like...idk fashion accessories!!! big belts, wings, armor plates, claws, spikes, horns, cool/new stances, performing attacks, an epic weapon (not just a sword)
anything!

Hey, gratz! Your making Your sprites good quite fast. One thing (I'm not the best on spriting too): The hair is too blury, make it more realistic and this random sprite will be OK

I've seen that you just changed the clothes.. What about changing the hair or the face? Or add some special things like glasses, weapons etc. (I know thats not easy)
Except of that they look quite good
