no you don't have to.
Just add the itr into every frame of the timestop attack.
Or wait: It's maybe better to use a special ball you create with opoint, as hitting everybody will slow you down.
But there are two problems:
1. attacks get hit.
2. heavy weapons break.
Don't know if someone solved them. I can't.

Or there is something else, creates some itr kind:8 balls which followes chars and with a small area with slow down time effect. Use bdefend: 70 or something less than 100 to prevent heavy weapons from breaking.

@woodysmasher: but how do you know that every char gets a ball? Isn't it possible that a char gets many of them and one not?

I think you can do it in either these ways
way1:-Move the balls to different sides thereby randomely catching all opponents.
Way2:-Use a single itr kind: 8 ball when it locks to a target create an oid ball at that point and have the old ball move with not large itr kind :8 area sort of like a scanner
