the enemy can walk/run away, but it should affect him when he doesn't move, too, also when he's on ground

if you don't like my methode, then try azriel's, I gues it works better but is more complicated(not rly, but you don't get his idea)

Eh, I just had an idea. Try combining ik15 with ik11. That'll make enemies airborne enough to pull them with ease. Combine with what Azriel said and you get a great effect.
