The fusion looks great, it's just that none of the two chars has a sword...so where the hell does the sword come from?

i made a shaded deep hair their... if you wan't you can use it or i can shade you the hair

When chars hold weapons, the hold it in the right hand. So if you have sth else sprited in that hand (in your case the knife) you would have to think of an alternative way for the char to hold regular weapons. I'd say let the weapon be attached to his belt or sth like that.
