Hope you can give me some advice.

the first one has no neck, you have to lower the shoulder
the hair shadings look like the hair is flat, it should be darker in the middle
the second one has too much hair in his face and shading is too blured
it should not cover the whole arm but only half of it
also second one's shirt has a square sleeve (our right-side) and it should be a line, just like the other side...
and his pants bottom is too low (maybe the blur messed it up)

no problems at all

wait! (zooming in to catch useless details)
there are some white pixels on the leg and next to the neck and the right side(our) of the arm
and there is a pixel that is on his shoulder that is getting it squarish.

you forced me to pay attention to minimal details! dammiu! XD
