If you dont data change you cant use HEX. (understood as you cant use the itrs, bdys etc. you add)

For the case you just want to modify a little char, but not create a complete mod, HEX is not an option ^^

but speaking of all these hexes...
i just wondered, would it be possible for someone to create a modified exe for people to work on newer projects?
say kind of like an unofficial upgrade in some data restrictions that everyone can use that could be uploaded on the projects forum.
so long as the people using put it in the download or someting
=D
