no it would give you an error and close if it had problems with reading your controls

It's a pretty cool tool now, alot better with custom controls. I like it, no big bugs so far.
I've just noticed, when a player has a "space" in his name, it's shown as a apostrophe in the player-selection.

By the way, why don't you tell us a bit about your alf2 progress? The videos on Youtube are looking very promising :D

ive updated and added quite a few things
also works on 64win7 now
can display the selected player - the last performed input
and log your every move (which you can then copy, or reset with F4)
all optional settings

edit: now this thread is new again! go and post away, no risk of getting warned for digging it up - ive already done that for you

thats a realy useful program!
i have a suggestions to u

to make it able to work with any button u can make a first window that gives u:
-run the program
-control settings
than like in lf2 the control settings can let the player change it to the same controls he use in the game
thats will make it better :)

if the program is run from your lf2 directory it will read in the controls.txt and thus use the controls you have set for your game (and player names - just choose which player should be displayed by right clicking it)

that feature was built into the previous version (2) already
