This took me over 3 hours, mostly on the very fiddly fire.

But you should work on the ice. Add some ice-blocky-hands or something like that...

The thing is, I tried something else, but I couldn't rub out those annoying specks of green you can see there....so I can't really change it.
Or maybe it's just because my rubber sucks >

Well it really is bright, you could fix it making more deeper outlines :/ But from what i see from it, i can say it´s really nice, can you color it?
And you could take that ´´too-much-white´´ off (i don´t know the right word, hope you understand).

Dude, I really like that pose. Heroically stubbornly knightly, sort of .
Also, the outfit might or might not be an attempt for armor, and if it isn't, it's a really nice outfit design.
Some artwork pointers:
While ordinary frogs have surprisingly thin legs compared to their strength, humans do not. Most people have quite bulky legs who are the same width as the hips at the top, and then gradually go thinner lower down. Also, your hands are a bit awkward, but ignore them for the moment. The very nature of hands seem to be to be hard to draw :P.
Also, to fix your brightness issue: Try tinkering with the contrast-slide on any somewhat advanced graphics-program, and add some manual touch-ups.
If you want to draw armor, try searching it on google picture search, and ignore all those spiky, weird fantasy armors at first. Begin with simple, smooth metal and simple armor construction. Also, imagine to wear the armor. It have to have joints where you have such.

Now, I just have to point some stuff out, since it after all is me you've drawn.
The thunder ability is tied to the sword, and not to him.
Also, it's a hand-and-a-half sword (aka bastard sword, meaning that it's rather large.

Imagine Asc'an somewhat bigger than that, and then remember that SirFrog is like 160cm tall. You get the scale.
