The chili-sauces in the chinese restaurants are pretty hot/spicy. I suppose it's just some sort of tabascor or w/e but I always use quite much of it

But my mother does own a Chinese Restaurant (she's 100% Chinese) so I do get access to some of the devil's Twisted

stuff there. Gotta look for spices next time.
