Who has been the best Dcer ever?
#11
1. they provided us the data files to modify the chars.
2. they implemented a system in which many possibilities are given
3. why would they need to make advanced dc when they have the source code to adapt the game to their liking?
(and I am sure they already did before releasing)

I'm very grateful and respect for Marti and Starski Wongs,if not they, all things releated with lf2 will not exist, and now all of us won't be online now in lf2.Even they don't used DCchanger, but still they created awesome characters.Sorry if that was non-Topic

Yeah You're Right!!
But How Did They Make Those Data Files without that data changer as monolith mentioned?

^ texteditor? heck its their very own format, they encrypted it on their own. So I'm guessing they wrote the code in a txt file or so and then used a very own written program to encrypt it. Easy as that.

I'm with phil opinion, because i just looked in lf2 progress timetable at the lf2.net and there was nothing about DCchanger program or something similiar,i think Phil is right about coding in text document:)

To stay on topic: I would say there`re like three generations of dcers,

DarkLordXIII was almost the only one from the first generation who`s still well-known. Some others from this one are B-Rad and Rudolf27 or whatever was his name :p DarkLord was one of the first DCer who really used the known tags to create some new technics like fusion with itr-k3 or so. Might not sound complicated today, but at this time it was new (and I think Marshall and maybe YinYin are the only guys I remember from that time :p).

Second generation just uncloaked the last few unknown tags and found out a lot of techniques how to solve stuff. I would count in all the guys you can find tuts from in advanced dc section in mainsite (and myself).

Since I`m a narcissistic a**hole I can also mention a comment DarkLord XIII once mentioned on my skills: "A DCer with very good skills so I worry I`m not the no. 1 anymore" (when I saw this in Robotical World I was damn happy - was like god had spoken to me :p)

Third generation is a generation I would definitly count Nave to - using hex to create stuff you cant create with dc anymore.

Marti and Starsky are definitly no good dcers, why? well, like some others mentioned: they could create the stuff in source code they needed, so why thinking of new dc technics?

MH-Razen how human can call self "narcissistic a**hole" :) (thats strange) maybe you right.

MH-Razen edited this post 04-24-2011 06:06 PM because:
never saw Ironman 2, did you? (another guy is reading a personal profile to Tony Stark while he tries to justify everything bad in it - then he reaches the point stating that Tony Stark is narcisstic - his comment - "that`s correct". But ok, I wasnt really serious on my comment - just like usual :p)
