- strenght (does he punch hard?)
- firepower (does he launch huge rockets or does he just throw kicks?)
- range (closecombat like Davis or ranged as henry) maybe range and firepower give the same kind of information? I mean characters with high firepower, are they always long-ranged?
- speed (I don't know if it's really important)

It's good for me too, but I think two or three properties are enough.
C'mon, we are just talking about lf2 characters there is no need to be so Serious. ( and it Will be boring to answer)
We have to question ourself: What do we want?
A super exact notation system?
Just to know if a char is overpowered, balanced, or weak?
The second answer doesn't need a lot of properties to work.
That's why I think: strenght, firepower ( and range?) are enough.

regarding mp usage, i had this in mind: 1 star: no mp usage, all stars: high mp usage
