It has nice music XD besides of good 3d animation about various types of viruses. I ever found the title of the song but the original one is not as good as the one in the video so I forgot the title, lol.

I'd say my taste for music is... not mainstream? I hate "dubstep" the Skrillex-clones produce today, and I hate rap. The only rap song I've ever listened more than once was a Finnish song (For any curious Finns: Cheek - Se parhaiten nauraa), and that's not what everyone really considers "rap". Instead I like instrumental, orchestral, psy-trance, ambient, soundtracks... really, I'd rather list the genres I despise (see above) than what I like. That is why I'm training up to create some pieces myself.

Ah, and somehow, I like songs in minor rather than those in major.

+1. Say though, don't you fiddle around creating music sometimes? Try making a dark song in major.

well, finnish music theyre pretty good
the best finnish bands are children of bodom (i have 2 of their shirts ) and ensiferum
if u like metal than listen to children of bodom such as the songs like Follow the reaper and Mask of sanity (keyboard solos are incredible)
otherwise listen to ensiferum more of folk like songs as Lai Lai Hei or Old Man (Väinämöinen)

I always fail making any kind of song in major, hmm. I wonder why, I just can't make good notes :P . And the time I do, I will soon realize I'm back to minor. Maybe because I like minor songs more, so I listen much much more to minor ones.

and a dark song in major, isn't it difficult? xD . Do you have any example of that kind of songs though? interesting to find out, coz.. dark song in major?

And no, I don't know popular artists, so I showed him; The guy previously barely used minor notes. And the song in question is dark, yet I didn't see any black piano keys (checked from the original LMMS project file: http://lmms.sourceforge.net/lsp/?action=show&file=1974 )

I myself, would rather make a happy song in minor than other way around =/. I'm polar opposite to the guy who made that.

i agree with Jerknigton about Dubstep in 100%, how it's even can be called "music" seriously it sounds rather like reapirs of bathroom. moreover every song sounds the same for me. well, i'm also not fan of rap. long ago i listened eminem, and some time ago some Polish rap group, but you probably don't know it.

Well i'm not much of a music fan but i do listen to some themes of animes. I listen to normal songs only on MTV on my TV.
Anyways here's a song(it's a theme) i like to listen:

it was to be thread only for discussion about music. stop spamming here about making "sound forum", because you have to be really naive, or just stupid, if you think anyone will make it. this that Blue Phoenix made AI forum just showing, how big is this what Lord Sliva made. seriously, his AI allow for quite new level of making characters. and what for we need "music forum", even this thread so far isn't so popular, so your idea is completely senseless. what else we could writing there??
