When it comes to weird parts I guess you can make it out yourself. But, if you want me to tell you, then:- 1) His stomach is just bulging out. 2) His waist seems narrow. 3) His left arm(from sprite's point of view) is too folded to make it look like elbow. 4) Boots are huge in comparison to narrow legs.(the very reason it looks cartoonish) When you use lf2 sprites as a base they definitely give a nice base and done proportions but when you make changes in it then also you require the knowledge of proportion to make it appealing.
