one thing i dont like about this your drawing,all girls are Krillin daughters those girls dont have a nose

they dont have one because they are in the background. the more manga characters are in the background of a picture, the less details they have.
this technique is used to let the viewer concentrate on the foreground without being distracted too much.

thats probably because guys have a generally bigger nose in mangas, so they stand out more and are longer visible.

or betit just cant draw girls noses

Drawing small noses is Japanese (cartoon) films style.These type of films,usually have small noses.
I think that Betitngoan,use this drawing style (not only for small noses but for other things too).
As you see Krillin and other dragon ball characters too have small noses.They don't care a lot for nose details,so they simply put a small dot/spot to show the existence of noise.

Perhaps betitngoan has learned from these films (or not,anyways not important),but he use this style (i guess).So there is nothing if he draw in this style.
Personally I like betit style of drawing.
