Well if you dont know then lemme tell ya that according to greek mythology kronos a titan was the dad of gods namely zeus, posiden etc and therefore this concludes that either at that time they had babies dropped by storks or they f***** with with their eyes?

titans dont have any...
they have wired faces and body, and they act like idiots... thats all...

they do not have any reproductive organs, thats why they dont have it, actualy they have normal faces, not like you showed, they have more sleepy,

@mono, i saw a manga page once and it had a titan with that look...
and as i said, in the wiki, they explain they have: "abnormalities in proportions (enlarged head, small limbs etc,)"

I know these things, I also have seen 6 episodes.
Also post ref image, sometimes some may think that is just fanfic.
