Wow Ultimecia looks weird dude like she is a baby by her face, also I kinda think that it doesn't look that great, btw Mrs.Reade looks good but less MS in her now.

I agree she does look like she has a baby face...
also compared to urs it's ok to me...unless Apoc and Seigvar do better then there is room for improvement i suppose?

yeah, i've become a bit rusty with my spriting, so i havent done much improving :P
plus, i didnt know gimp could be used so well. i use photoshop, and my stuff comes out a bit blurry, and hard to get some details, but your images are clean and crisp, way to go

also yeah gimp is a great way for it (also it is better to use it as a gif)

i use photoshop, and my stuff comes out a bit blurry, and hard to get some details,

thats because photoshop brushes have more anatials than gimp brushes. i noticed in your sprites that. when i open them in paint on a white background they have some dirty blask outlining left from the brush. but still i guess you do some cleanups before you finish your sprites.

@freeza: don't trash PS brushes that easily. There are millions of brushes out there that you can use instead of the basic ones (and maybe do not look blurry).

@thread: Nice work on the sprites. I personally do not mind the black outline, seeing that it is existent in most characters.
