Seriously, how long have you guys been arguing about stuff? And it's usually about nothing big, and stuff goes all over the forum all of the time. I'm not saying that I don't understand the frustration, but still, this is never going to stop this way. Perhaps it's best to just ignore the other person sometimes, even though it's very attractive to respond (sometimes defend yourself). If one says something that is inappropriate, other people in the forum will see it. If not, report it. I haven't read what this is all about, since the argue is mostly about nothing too important.

I guess that's it, maybe change things for 2012? That's all I got to say.

Edit: I hope this thanks from Monolith means a positive change for 2012?

what disturbs me the most on this, is that even if gad does not intend any harm, Monolith, by all means understandable that he reacts that way, but also others already make him to a culprit.

I hope that people can understand that even though someone has done wrong in the past, that does not make it normal for him to be the bad guy. People can change and don't always act the same way they used to do the other day.
If some here could understand that in the coming year, I would be very happy.

Here in public and in your thread you are more likely to actually reply.
Yes I understand offtopicness, I understand it well. I was mod for a long time and many times already.
But i am not a mod anymore, I don't have to be a prime example any longer, however it is my own personality which makes me act like that right now and not just because I am no mod anymore.

it's because i act following my beliefs, and if any mods or admins think my behavior in my posts is not according to the rules or against their own mindset of righteousness and justice, I accept the consequences, but as long as they don't have anything against it, i am free to say what i want actually.
