Goku & SSJ Goku (release!)
Just dropping this message for whoever is wondering about it. I got the question recently, if someone was allowed to use my Goku character (to edit it, new version?)

ANYONE is free to use the sprites & data I made for Goku for any purpose, but please do give credit where it's due.

I've been working on the characters, and thought it would be nice to share a download link with the latest updates so you can play with the updated versions during the holidays. I'll make more changes, and will provide a better list when I'm done. That said, the download link will be updated again (and again), and not everything may be working correctly yet (such as all combos).

They are both at "boss" level now, and you might as well call this the "overpowered update" to be fair.
Normal form Goku is about as strong as Bat, SSJ Goku is about as strong as Firzen.
Normal form Goku fights similar to other LF2 characters. SSJ Goku is very different: he's extremely fast, but his combos require great timing and are not easy. Some of them deal around 700 injury and he's got plenty of combos you could consider cheating. But hey, it's SSJ Goku, he contends for the #1 spot with among the other LF2 bosses now.

Many inputs have changed. You'll figure them out ;-) I'll share a few important ones:
- Both Goku and SSJ Goku can perform an evasive move by pressing J when defence is hit
- Both Goku and SSJ Goku can do an attack directly after D^J (Instant transmission) by pressing A
- Both Goku and SSJ Goku can do an attack from rowing by pressing A (= >>DA)
- Goku's Spirit Bomb: DJA+D>J with 501 MP (intentionally harder than before)
- Goku's Meteor Combination: DvA+A+D>J
- SSJ Goku fast melee combo: A+J ("jump" at the end of the normal punch)
- SSJ Goku fast uppercut: D+A
- SSJ Goku fast counter: D+A when defence is hit
- SSJ Goku can do 6 types of kamehamehas:
1) Kamehameha: D>J
2) Kamehameha as a beam: D>J+A, press D to stop
3) Super Kamehameha: D>J+J
4) Warp Kamehameha: D>J+D^J
5) Warp Super Kamehameha: D>J+J+D^J
6) Kamehameha to the ground: jump/dash back+D>J
