thanks.. but what about the face itself.. i always think it should be more round.. but i am not sure..
too tall? thats half of his body how can you see that he is too tall

cause the part i see should almost be the whole body :P
to the head: thats more up to the character that is deformed (chibi= extreme deformation). if his head is round, make it also round when he is a chibi.

today/yesterday i was really motivation less.. which is pretty bad so i tried to draw random sh**** to get me back into action.. well idk why i post this but yea (maybe to prove to alectric that i am fighting against it? maybe?)

well, try to draw your pics on a template base.
means:
-draw a stickman (optional)
-draw a template (over the stickman)
-draw the real drawing
-redraw the final lines with a fine-liner (or sth similar)
-erase the pencil drawing
-color it (optional)
