well...The idea's pretty good, but I dont think its meant for this char....some other character maybe, but this one wont look so goo...IMO...

How about an attack like Dennis's D>J ? only with the cape...?
If at first you don't succeed, you're probably not going skydiving again.

it is good but the cape looks unrealistic because in the 3rd frame it becomes shorter.

I'm 100% sure those standing frames will look weird in-game.
Crazy-a** teleporting scarf = lulz.
The scarf moves too much and too jerky.

And Adam... Stop spamming.

The 3rd and 4rth frames looks like you screwed up
Maybe it wasn't a good idea to put that into your sprite (a scarf)
Anyways there is usually no wind when they are standing still maybe on bg but-
make the scarf go like that only when he running
I recammend you make it look like John
