As I said he lost his left arm in a battle with a Dragon...well he can fix that temporarily with the powers of that Dragon wich he absorbed after beating him...he transforms into a DRAGON...
I have some preview of how the Transform may look like:

Like said this is just a preview, tis will NOT be used like this, I might change the fullfilled Dragonform into something else ,tis may just be a move not a total transform...

I like the char.. Its pretty cool..
but I personally like ur second last attempt more.. (page 2) try to use that as a base.
+ at the transform.. the first sprite doesn't look much like Ryu.. but its probably cause its just a preview?

I removed the boobs here is what I have done so far(not much I dont work really often on him)I just resprite some firen pics than work on his own moves and than some1 could help on DC:    
Jump attack sprites temporary
I just wanna have him ready to play than fix the sprites...

looks good but just do some shading,details on the red color in the spritesheet but looks good so far!
