Farewell?

If only he described what problem he had... I'm sure a reformat would've fixed it.
Or a clean reinstall of his OS.
Hiding users' signatures and avatars was the best decision ever.

Well if the PC is old then this won't help either.

I remember my old PC which was 8 years old as of this March, it took 15 minutes to boot sometimes. Even a reformat didn't help, and at one point the PC crashed each time I tried to boot, even safe mode. Couldn't even format and reinstall. So I just took out the hard drive and connected it to our old computer, where we found out that the HARD DRIVE had a damage, not the PC.

But ok.

well i guess some ppl hate "being back" posts as much as they hate "being away" posts.. anyways.. i give a damn about some ppl
so i am back.. i hope back for good..
just some words about the problem.. i think blowfly wants to know (if not i am going to cry in the next corner)
the actual problem was that some parts of the harddisk (on the partition where the OS is installed on) has lost some of their essential parts.. or some broke partitionwise not filewise.. i mean some parts of the partition broke not files on it.. the partition itself.. why this happened i can't say really..
the way how i fixed it was.. running the build in chkdsk service of windows 7 twice
1. fixed the OS so that it was bootable again.. still some programms didn't work.. that was yesterday
2. today started it again.. because i reminded myself that i am dealing with microsoft products.. and well windows is like a lazy guy i know which just needs a kick in the a**.. not once .. just twice.. so running it again.. it fixed up the last parts.. done =)
that was it.. pretty simple huh?
i thought the whole hd broke down.. so i already searched for an harddisk.. expensive thing really.. but luck was on my side.
^^

In response to your being gone and being back:

I had a tear in my eye almost damn you. The first true tears of my life (yes, i'm a stone cold emotionless kid that sits infront of my computer doing nothing but everything to do with LF2 because I am what you would describe as ELITE. COD also is something i do on a daily basis *put on nerd glasses*).

The emotion made me nerd rage. (lol what a term). Good to hear you're back... DON'T DO THIS AGAIN!

Oh and if the forum hasn't already got one. I think their should be a moderators past an present post somewhere. So they'll never be forgotten (except if they do nothing for LFE)

No doubt you did this on purpose...
This was all part of your elaborate evil plan to cause chaos in this forum.
We will be keeping an eye on you ;)
