Kayz, I actually didn't know that I'm frozen until you mentioned it. Now I actually had to think of a half-way realistic story, and this is how I ended up with:

Once upon a time, some eons ago, there was one guy who was famous for his affection to cold things. He liked to play with dry ice, was involved in any snowball war, and so on, and so on. As a logical conclusion, his hands were always cooled down to a certain level, and people started to ask him, if he was frozen. But he wasn't - only his hands and feet were always cold.
"We need to find the one who froze Blue Phoenix", quoth Hypermodder. And so, the adventure over every hill and through every valley, through every river and every mountain, through every desert and every glacier began. But although they searched every place, they couldn't find the cause of his frozen hands and feet. Maybe it was so simple that they didn't even conceive it. It was known that Blue Phoenix was affected to cold things, but not the cause of his cold hands. Well, after an endless voyage, the audacious adventurers returned, with no solution. Blue Phoenix smiled at them, and said one thing: "Temperature"
Everywhere he stays, he never gets warm hands. There might be indescribable high temperatures, his hands stay cool. For whatever reason, he neither gets warm hands nor feet.
Morale: there doesn't need to be a good reason, there just needs to be a long post :P
