to tell you thr true i dont like it her arms are shorts, she has demon eyes , her head is a bit flat arms are a bit short

ofcourse she is a bit smaller than normal lf2 chars because she is a girl and like 15 years old but u got a point there about her eyes so i overworked them and also made her arms a tad bit longer.

I see you applied a better shading but, frankly, I think the red seems essential. Currently the demon doesn't look quite as evil as the old one. Might want to add some red hues into the sprite as well

And maybe do something about the face. The new drawing looks awesome, but it looks more like it'd be saying something like, "Hey guys, what'cha doing? Can I join in? Please?" It doesn't seem very fierce, though with a few little modifications it would.

The new demon sprite looks more... human. Try to make the proportions more beastly.
And the horns don't look scary or something.

I like the new colors, although it has a horrible black outline (or the color of the depth in the muscles) that doesn't look very good to me. The mouth isn't very intimidating, I'd suggest doing something like the one in your previous version. Good work, though.
