This is fantastic . You're improving very fast. The shading style used on the pants don't look consistent with that of the rest of the sprite.

I think Jan could use some sexyness.
Shortening up her skirt and showing some legs and bounding out hip a little would do the trick.

Was thinking of something like that but had some problems so went with this long versions (did not wanned to get attention from feminist (crazy ones))

But I really like the way you shade clothes there.
Using any references for that still or you're that good already?

Reference is mostly for the template/pose , don't want to go with giant legs, tiny arms or something.
But for the shades, I am not using any reference because I have saved everything inside my mind. Analizing style before using it is good way to learn.
