the cut and paste as well as the recolors and original material is good.
His attacks seem flashy and so on, but you should try to make the red part of the lightning (obviously in the attack with lightning effects) a bit more jagged. Lightning is most of the time very sharp. Also, try to make it almost completely white in the middle, and darker out the sides. That would give it an energy-ish look.
