ZOMG, the sprites look great ^^
Now please don't fall back in AngelAdam-overpoweredness (like the strange healing move >.<) and you will create a good char...
Maybe also think about a special concept:
(examples)
-Edit the groundflame-dats and then give him a move that interacts with all ground flames on the field
-Give him fire-immunity or something (like doing a nice move after getting burned)
-etc

Jus a theory, what if he went from Henry to that.. rather than Duke to that?
Say, he went and did it all himself and the coincidence is - the front part of the hair looks the same. I've looked at them both - and I admit they're similar, and could make an easy guess for anyone to say it got ripped off... but I doubt it is.
I think more along the lines that he used Henry myself.

Nah, Hell Fighter is right. You can know that because the brightest part of the hair has a nice antialiasing (Duke's hair) and the back of Inferno's hair is very pixelated, specially the outline. There is a lot of contrast if you zoom it.
Personally I don't care too much when people use something of my sprites. Except if that person say he made it, in wich case I just appear and say "That's mine" xD
