u just need an idea of what u want to do, then open a new project and start drawing every single frame :P -> there are plenty of tutorials for flash on the web, just search on Youtube

no time no update here ...

as sonic got a tablet he asked me to do some "collab"
so i quickly made the outline stuff and then he did the colouring
