Definitely BlazBlue and Arcana Heart 3. Such well done fighting games, with unique characters, unlike Street Fighter.

best games in 2d are dbz legacy of goku(all of them), pokemon white,
pokemon ruby, dbz supersonic warriors and battle bidaman
