If you play on 2 player (using the appropriate rules, of course), are The Governor this round, and choose to not use the "bonus", nothing happens. If you choose Prospector while you have a library, you draw 2 cards.

depends on when you hit him. if the itr is big enough (which normally should be in dp), it will do so, so true.
