Suggest to use it for
-some kind of palm move into both directions
-a whirlwind move where the whirl goes up first and then go down at nearest enemy
-äa heal move or so

wow, face is in lf2 style, but still looks new. Great work.

About the purple thing: A Dragon? Are you crazy? You plan a scorpion char and come along with a dragon. It's up to you, but this idea is just bad (will tell you when I've a better one)

his collar is lighter in the face than in the spritesheet.

to the rowing-frames: maybe you could make sth. like rudolfs one and when you press attack he does a fallout-attack

to the face: wow, awesome like usual

to the purple energy: maybe you could take the tail, make it bigger and colour it like purple laser.

to the attack: maybe an attack like son-goku's genkidama: you do it, lets say 5 times and then it comes down ( maybe with itr: kind: 8 )

i meant the grey collar of the firens cloth.
(you made the skin so you should know better)
