i use tgfh and yxc...i think i'm not so bad..but i allways forget to look at the mp bar..and then i wonder why the attack doesn't work

ummm... you appear to have mixed up "left" and "down". Anyway, assuming that was a mistake, my controls are the same.

The basic keys:
Arrow keys for movement, Ctrl for defending, Shift for Jump, and Enter for attacking.

Nothing special. And my keys are horribly arranged :P
