it's nice. But here's just a little suggestions:
-On the left of the grass, somehow I think it has been cut.(idk, colors are a bit different)
-The rainbow should be behind the mountain instead.(It's your BG, so the options are yours. I'm just giving some comments)

Alectric! Dude that's awesome! :O
Does it rain oldtimer cars on occasion in that BG?
But I think you should add some shadows under the gold statues. Oh and also get rid of the dirty pixels on the rainbow. They look even worse on a 50/50 opacity filter. I think.
But other than that, the grass, the trees, the mountains, the sky are freshest of the freshest!

Thanks for the great feed back guys, its truly appreciated!
@hero Destroyer, fixed! I would like the rainbow at the front though.
@mudvoll_, nailed it, thank you ;D
@ Monolith, thanks for the feedback. I agree its a bit cluttered, but with the parrallax scrolling i think it looks pretty good.
@ Lauli, damn, good eye man! I didnt even spot that! Hopefully i fixed it now. I am so tempted to make it drop old timer cars...
This is basically the final look im happy with right now, i've even got a subtle water animation in the fountain!
Im trying to figure out this BG dependent action, but its doing my head in. It already took a bit of brain-frizzling to remember how to do DCing for BGs!
EDIT:
Also, those who were there to help me out in the last BG competition may have remembered how crappy my trees were. These are my trees now:

That is one damn sexy tree, aaawwww yeah. Gettin' some tree lovin all up in this shiz.
Shame i didnt properly use it in my BG, i only based the others off it.

Although I'm not sure about the shadows of the statues.
They look very good, but they would also look good if instead they were... shaded? Like the shadows of the wood for example.
I can't decide which shadow I like more D:
