Pink, purple...really!?

I don't see big problem with his eyes, maybe more with his hair. Check some tut about hair.
My advice is mundvoll_'s tut.

Yay, pinky boy, seriously, everyone have theyr own style, iam loosing it, but drako learning it, no need to make different shading just because you dont like it, better say how to make folds right, cape folds right.

The Sword is perfect. I think you should make a weapon of it.
The thing that bugs me in this sprite is that his lower body looks to face the front & his left shoulder is maybe 1 or 2 pixels higher!

What are you using for spriting?

I would change pants shading little bit and these ball isn't well sprited...sorry but isn't. I don't like those line which goes out of the ball..
i just point out bad things but don't think then that your sprite is ugly, if you didn't know. ;D
