very goodish, some points to fix though:
- the difference between thigh and calf is too big in (our) left leg
- isn't the shirt overlapping a bit too much? it's looking like he has a big belly ^^
- this kind of hat normally has a notch (?) on the top. You already made an attempt with the line, so with a bit more shading in between the lines it would look more realistic.
- his left shoulder looks a bit weird. it's too round I guess. maybe that + the muchness of the overlapping shirt is making him look so crouched.

or remove one pixel from the calf part
