Well, it looks very good!
I like the hair, i only don't know what is he holding in his hand

Well, his arms are not visible especially the left one, it seems merged with the body.
I guess rest everything is fine.

some parts need fixes, idk what are you capable of, but i think you should make bit differen shading on some places.
But ofcourse, everyone has theyr own style
