Are you sure your pics are in right folder? I guess you have put them to sprite\sys folder and not to sprite\kenny folder (you have to make that kenny folder by yourself).
Might be back, might be not :^) anyways awesome to see you guys again!

Do you have s.bmp?
If you do, open it with PAINT/GIMP/whatever and re-save as (another) BMP.
