Sneaking Skill Aquired.

Whether his tries are successfull or not, nothing nearby seems to react to Jonny's presence, even when he accidentally steps against the cart, giving off an audible 'plonk'. The cart contains a mop, a few buckets, some rags, nothing extraordinary. It seems to perfectly fit into this place. Except for the fact the cart's most likely owner is further down the floor and not here.

Wow that was kinda fast o_O

Jonny is startled by the sound he made and first stands still for a minute, looking and listening to around him. If nobody or nothing approaches, he'll take anything from the cart that he may deem useful and then continue on to slowly approach the pile of clothes on the other side of the corridor.

my own mindmap (Click to View)
Sam and Michael continue to explore the unexplored rooms, being the very exploratory explorers that they are.

IF you insist on having a character sheet in every post, at least include it into your quote, too, so I can directly quote/C&P it :P

Nothing nearby seems to be moving or even alive at all and Jonny can gather all useful supplies from the cart without interruption.

Supplies +1

The Tales of Sam Philson - Chapter I
Sam and Michael proceed to explore the floor and it's various rooms. Many doors are locked or bolted, a few seem to be either blockaded or jammed. The few open rooms look mostly alike:
Basic hostel rooms with one or two beds, some basic furniture. Some of those rooms seem unhabited and empty, a few contain luggage and some clothes.
As you finish searching through the floor and end up in front of a door nailed shut with boards, Michaels whispers: "As I've said, noone here... and I heard scary noises and voices coming from down there... do you think... there are ghosts?"

Scavenging the various rooms resulted in +2 Supply
Assuming exploring includes scavenging in your definition.

Yea okay, I didn't neccessarily want to have it in every post, but mostly only when something changes. :P

Jonny slowly moves over to investigate the pile of clothes with his pocket calculator in his right hand, ready to back off and launch it at the slightest glance of any suspicious movement.

The Tales of Jonny Ramon Scott - Chapter I
As Jonny approaches, he quickly realizes he isn't looking at a pile of clothes, but at another person, laying on the ground, half covered-up in blankets and rags, maybe from the maid's cart. Whoever is laying there, doesn't really seem to (be able to?) notice the approach.

Tales of Sam Philson - Chapter 1
There doesn't seem to be any other way off this floor, it seems. But after some thorough searching, Sam spots a hatch in the ceiling above one of the floors, which might lead to some sort of attic. As well, Michael suddenly points at a piece of paper on a nearby wall: "Hey, that looks like an emergency evacuation plan. And it seems there is a fire ladder we could use. Albeit it seems like the room in question was one of the locked ones."

The barricaded stairs, fire-ladder behind a locked door and the hatch. Make your pick :P

Jonny sneaks over to that alleged person - carefully watching for breathing movements of this person as well - and looks at him closely, especially examining his skin.

Sam tries to open the hatch, and waits for some noises coming from upstairs, if there are Sam will wait, otherwise he will climb up.

The Tales of Jonny Ramon Scott - Chapter I
Given the pile of clothes on top of the person, Jonny has a hard time figuring out whether the someone is breathingly alive or just a corpse.
As he gets closer, however, the person below the rags suddenly starts moving, getting up with slow, sluggish movements whilst groaning weakly.

Tales of Sam Philson - Chapter 1
The hatch is on the ceiling, somewhat more then 2 meters above the ground. Sam cannot reach the hatch trivially. He could try asking Michael for help or try opening/pulling down the hatch with his metal rod.
