Basically everything is awesome (shading, details, contrast, creativity) expect anatomy and proportions :P
Too small arms, the right arm looks dislocated. Too short legs.
They are too small in compare of torso i know its "cartoon style"
You don't have to draw real life pictures but look at proportions and anatomy of humans

Hey Hey. Much improvement with proportions and perspective. Not perfect obviously, as mono mentioned your shading seems a little curvy and depth missing. You should use more than two shades. Combine it with other colors, and try out to mess more with saturation etc.
Anyway great feel at clothes.

You really like colors and colorful images, aren't you?
I do really like color palette for first concept, but for the second one i would choose different color from light green for the hair. Maybe that blue color you used down on the legs... Blue fits with orange very well..
