Then why just work on it for 5 minutes? You could done actually good with it. The current pose it's in looks good, all you need is to fix up the shape, give it a face, some clothes (not necessary, but better than a naked bland zombie), some cuts and gore (always a good addition).

Lighten it up a bit, it's too dark, lacks the highlights on the armor (if he's wearing armor). The arms are sort of short, a little length won't hurt. You should try to experiment with poses, rather than sticking to one pose all the time.

hmm.... thx for advice but.. im don't know what kinda poses you mean... i would love to make something else....

got new idea today... making "Paint style" sprite...like pixel by pixel spriting... think it looks good for first sprite...

I'd suggest to change the palette, it's too bland in color. Color over the black outlines (unless you're aiming for another style), but in this case as an LF2 style, you're not. It seems you have more than one color of the same variation (in shading terms). I've done a very quick edit (5 min) to your sprite to show you what I mean. Don't use this instead of yours, you won't learn that way, use it as a reference (I'm not satisfied with the way it turned out).
