I think some of you know the "game" Russian Roulette.
As its name say, it was introduced by the Russians and is some... risky kind of gambling. It was played with a 6-chamber pistol. A single bullet was loaded into the gun, then the first guy had to pick it, rotate the chamber by one and pull the trigger (while holding the gun to his head).
If he was lucky enough to survive, the gun went to his enemy, who had to turn it by two chambers and also pulled the triggered...
This continued until someone shot himself, the winner got all goods the (dead) loser had before.
Since "playing" this requires only luck, not any intelligence i though of some rules to spice it up and make it forum-worthy:
1. The player number is (duh) not limited to just 2 people... I will allow any amount of players to this and the game will be played until everyone besides the winner shot himself ^^
2. The last guy joining a round will be the first guy who has to pull the trigger (after spinning the chambers, ofc). So, join quick or your chance to die is slightly higher ^^ Or, is it?
3. To make things different from just using the 6-chamber-colt, the number of chambers in the gun wll depend on the number of players. I think something like 2+#player count# should work fine ^^. For the randomness effect, the bullet will be loaded into the first chamber, then every player can (PM to me, not public) rotate the chambe by 0-2 . Since everyone does this secretly, the result is 95% random.
4. After every survived round, you will gain a coin. These coins will be kept even after games (whether you win or loose) and will be double'd if you actually survive.
So, you can just sit on your coins to get more and more (The more coins you have, the higher your skill for this game seems to be) and even double them if you win...
Or you can use them to "buy items" altering the gameplay.
- Spin it! (1 Coin)
Yey, gambling time! this item can only be used once by every player and will cause the chambers to rotate by a random number between 0 and 10. You can consider this a game reset, since after a spin noone knows where the bullet could possibly sit.
- Pass (2 Coins ++)
As the name states, you will just pass the gun on, giving your turn to the next player. Useful, if you think the bullet could may be in THAT chamber.
However, to prevent people with many coins from overusing this, the price for this item will DOUBLE after each use for the using player (and reset to 2 after the game round finished).
- Double the risk (3 Coins)
The game is still to easy-peasy for you? You're an hardcore pro-gamer?
Then just load another bullet into the gun (in the chamber being active BEFORE you spin it, duh) and double the fatality!
Btw, this can be done once per turn only... but as often per match, as you like (though i recommend NOT to fill all chambers with bullets).
- Rotate (5 Coins)
This item allows you to rotate the chambers by one in any direction. This can save your life or even cause death to the guy behind you... who knows... May it will also just kill you.
- Taster (5 Coin, death risk)
You rotate the chamber... hold the gun on your head... and suddenly aim at somebody else while pulling the trigger. If the chamber was loaded, the guy is dead (duh), if it wasn't loaded, he will kill you for cheating.
So, consider carefully whether this item should be used...
- Extra Live (20 Coins)
Hey, don't complain about the price! Mario had to pay four times more for a single life!
Btw, you can NOT buy this item after you got killed... only while being alive and in play. It will save you when you get hit the next time.
5. If the colt is handed to you and you DO NOT pull the trigger within 24 hours, you're considered a coward, will be disqualified and loose half your coins to the Jackpot.
6. Ah yes, the Jackpot. Everyone playing this game will automatically donate 1 coin (if he has one) into the Jackpot. The Jackpot will be rewarded to the winner in the end (though, it will not be double'd).

Not exactly... If the bullet is in chamber 1... and you+him turn it by 3 chambers:
Then you will turn it by 1 chamber as a result of your turn and shoot yourself since 3+1=4 and the gun has 4 chambers at total.^^.
Exception would be, if you turned it just by 0... then of course you couldn't...
However, you both defined your amount of spins... so the gun is ready and you're first to post something like
"I spin the barrel by one chamber aim and my head and pull the trigger" or something ^^ You have 21 hours remaining to post this, regarding to the coward-rule XD

in this case, he survived ^^
And actually, you have to turnt it by TWO chambers now... (then thenave again would have to turn it by 3 etcetc) otherwise the rounds would be plain and quite short ^^'
