if you wont put eyes then you just have taken the template - recolor it :/

better for you to make eyes or a new move or another sheet and skills

You should really reconsider the latter statement if you want to create at least a halfway decent character.

When I was a newbie at spriting none helped me but 1 which I didn't get his explanition , so I'm going to help you :

A couple of things: The eyes are too high on the face. Vertically, they should be closer to the middle.

Also, as Kane's animated version shows, the wings move too much in the standing frames. Is he trying to take off? XD

Wings are totally off, they are like somewhere at his right shoulder.

maybe he's trying to code it so it'll fly ? like Arion way back .
