General shading is a lot better on that one. Though the shading on the pants is already too strong for my taste. It has that shiny feel to it which you should rather avoid. Partly it's a problem of the too strong or vivid colours Lauli already mentioned.
Hair looks weird still. Shading-wise you should shade several strokes instead of the hair as a whole. And - as already stated - it should be bigger. Again comparing it to original sprites can be a great help.
Nevertheless +1 on what Marshall said.

The sprite before this one was really good,The second one could use a better shape on the hair,You have improved on shading characters as well,the arm at the left should be thin.

All in all,You have improved quite a bit from your first sprite.

Pants do not look good,although the eyes look good,the hair needs a better and reasonable shape,you just need to make a good hair shape,make the left arm thin and improve more on shading.

The version before that one had a face that looks smilliar to Alectric's sprite he was some magican I think. To lazy to search it up right now. :P

Not to be harsh, but...
the hair is awful.
I guess you can adjust it more. If you look at a regular LF2 char, you can see their hair isn't wild like that.
