i don't think that you get my first point. i mean the green color is lapping over the blue hair. so it looks like you either drew that in a rush or that he colored his hair in a rush.
and TRY to explain why his neck is ok :P

Has the guy with blue jumper got a barcode on his neck?

Anyway, pretty good drawing, i quite like the shading, but maybe the background is too bright? Maybe just my monitor.
Good proportions, except maybe the necks look a little off, but not much though.
