I got a good face making software recently from a google site.
Its really good and is called Face Maker 3.1.
It has a engine to make potraits of various looks with different accessories.
Its Good! Try it!

Typing in Face maker 3.1 on google will give you quite some screenshots. Other than that, do you remember zabobula's ava? That one was made with face maker, though maybe with another version.
I've downloaded the programm quite some time ago. It's nice and fun to play around, but even though there are various ways of changing the face, they all look quite similar, because the base stays the same.
Still, nice programm. Nothing I'd use for character faces, though.

Tecnically, it isn't really that new, since I've known about and used it for a year or so, together when I used RPG-Maker XP a lot. But it's still an awesome program, and it's rather hard to come by these days.
Edit: However, it seems as if your archive is corrupt, and it gives a Error processing Face Maker 3.1.exe, resulting in there being no program or anything. If you have a working archive, would you kindly re-upload it?
Or... am I the only one getting this error?

It MIGHT be better to know the size cause, i really have a bad connection 4.86MB and i think i will like the software cause, other people gave good comments.

I don't honestly believe it was MEANT for LF2, since, if you observe, it has different sizes. To be honest, I don't think it was made for any special game/software at all, but it is commonly used in combination with the RPG Maker series. I'd think the message in the extraction file was added later.

By the way, I found a working version on my hard drive. It's just extract the archive, run the .exe and you're done.
